Shipping | Regional and Remote Areas

We currently do not ship furniture to Australia’s regional and remote areas. For all enquiries regarding regional shipping details, please contact us at [email protected].

In exceptional cases where a delivery might result in unusually high freight charges, we reserve the right to cancel an order. Please contact us first if you would like to check if your location may be subject to unusually high freight charges.

Shipping | PO Boxes

We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address for delivery when placing your order to ensure successful delivery.

Shipping | International

We do not currently offer international shipping for furniture. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at [email protected].

Shipping Damages

Upon receiving your package, please inspect it for any damage. If you notice any damage to the box or the item itself, notify us within 48 hours of receipt at [email protected]. Any damage reported after this period may not be covered.

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please let us know so we can investigate the issue.

In exceptional cases where delivery charges may be unusually high, we reserve the right to cancel an order. A customer care member will contact you to discuss alternative options.
