Inspect Upon Delivery
We recommend inspecting any goods delivered by our shipping partners within 48 hours of receipt. Prompt inspection helps ensure there are no faults or defects with the product. Any claims made outside this 48-hour window may complicate your return request.
Faulty or Damaged Products
In the rare event that a product is faulty, defective, or damaged, please take a photo of the issue and email it to our Customer Care team at [email protected]. Include your Order Number and a detailed description of the problem to assist us in processing your claim efficiently.

Change of Mind
We offer a 10-day hassle-free return policy if our products do not suit your space. Please ensure all items are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. We advise retaining the packaging to avoid complications with a Change of Mind return. Returns cannot be processed if the packaging is damaged or discarded.
Steps for a Change of Mind Return:
Request a Return
Email us at [email protected] with your Order Number, Name, Reason for Change of Mind, and photos of the items and packaging. This information helps our team review your request.
Collection
If your Change of Mind return is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label to attach to the carton. Ensure the product is disassembled and repackaged in its original packaging. We will arrange a collection date with you.
Receive & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product at our warehouse, we will process a refund or credit note within 3-5 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject any return claims that do not meet our standards. If the packaging is damaged or discarded, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Note that the initial shipping fee is non-refundable, although return shipping is covered for Metro Melbourne (VIC) only.
If the product was purchased during a promotion or on sale, Change of Mind returns are not applicable.

Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Goods Damaged in Transit
